Crust: 2 – I like Graham cracker crusts, but the filling usually softens it. This filling didn’t, so it was especially crunchy. Everything else in the pie was soft and smooth so the crust was a little too harsh.
Filling: 4 – very tasty. Sometimes pies like this tend to go overboard with the quantity and variety of fruit. I liked that there were plenty of oranges without feeling like a bowl full of oranges. I also liked that it wasn’t just a catch-all fruit salad. The meringue was a nice surprise. It helped make it not so heavy.
Overall: 4 – I was very pleasantly surprised with how much I liked it. The flavors went very well together and it was a nice combination.
Crust: 4 The crust was a little hard for a graham crust but edible.
I really liked this pie and the flavored. The mandarin orange slice was a surprise and not overpowering. The texture was light and perfect for spring.

Filling: 4 Lemony custardy with pleasant little mandarin orange fruit surprises.
Crust: 3 It was a premade graham cracker pie crust. I was not impressed. It seemed a little stale.
Filling: 4 The filling reminded me of an ambrosia salad without the coconut. The mandarin oranges were a delightful surprise.
Overall: 4 I would make this pie again. It was fun to prepare and eat.
